STATUTES SECTION 46-7, FOR A GRANT TO THE OFFICE OF
SUSTAINABILITY, CLIMATE, EQUITY AND RESILIENCE
Allows for the receipt of $228,640 of federally-derived funds to be used to create
an Energy Management Plan for County of Hawaiʻi facilities.

ENDING JUNE 30, 2025
Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants – FY 2023 Assistance to Firefighters
Grant account ($488,722.63); and appropriates the same to the FY 2023
Assistance to Firefighters Grant account. Funds would be used to establish a

($2 million) and the Kamakoa Nui Workforce Housing Mini-Loop
Road/Infrastructure project ($5.4 million).
