No. 1019/Bill No. 200 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 3:01 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 200, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 200, transmitted by Director of Finance Diane Nakagawa via Communication No. 1019, dated <br /> August 28, 2024, amends Ordinance No. 24-32, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants—Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant <br /> account($228,640); and appropriates the same to the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant <br /> account.
