......... ..... <br /> �i/ �: <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I •���:'���'�� .•.` STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> BILL NO. 185 - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 24 66 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10,DIVISION 6, SECTION 24- <br /> 288.1, SCHEDULE 36.1 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS <br /> AMENDED), RELATING TO ACTIVE LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to designate an area for distribution of <br /> consumer goods to patrons and neighboring businesses. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288.1, schedule 36.1, entitled <br /> "Active loading and unloading zones," subsection"(e) Kohala," of the Hawai`i County Code <br /> 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding new listing to be appropriately inserted <br /> and to read as follows: <br /> • Akoni Pule Highway, north side, from a point seventy-three feet west of Holy Bakery <br /> Road and extending twenty feet in a westerly direction. <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />
