RE: Resolution No. 224-00, Draft 2
This is to transmit Resolution No. 224-00, Draft 2, which was the result of amendments made at
the Finance Committee meeting of March 21, 2000. The amendments included
1. Changing the title to read " ...AND AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT OF
THE [FULL] PARTIAL COST FOR THE SEWAGE WORKS."
2. Delete the words "the cost of in the 7`h Whereas clause.
3. Interchange the 7`h and 8`h Whereas clauses.
4. Change the resolved clause to read " ...the [Chief Engineer is authorized to accept]
County Council hereby accepts the aforementioned sewage works, and [reimburse]
authorizes reimbursement to the Applicant [for said cost] pursuant to the Final Settlement
Agreement from present and future fiscal year funds, if necessary."
5. Replaces Exhibit A, which provides a more detailed description of the location of the
sewer extension.
For Council Members' information, the tax map key numbers have been changed to reflect the
proper numbers.
