SUBJECT: RESOLUTION NO. 224
ACCEPTANCE OF SEWAGE WORKS FROM MARYL GROUP
This confirms that the Department of Public Works has inspected and found acceptable the sewer
line extension constructed by Maryl Development, Inc. from the Waiakea Center and connecting
to the existing County system on Leilani Street in accordance with Section 21-19 of the Sewer
Code.
