No. 105 5/Bill No. 210 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 210, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 210, transmitted by Director of Finance Diane Nakagawa via Communication No. 1055, dated <br />September 13, 2024, amends Ordinance No. 24-32, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County <br />of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. <br />This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants — Section 5339 Formula Rural and Small Urban <br />account ($1,145,239); and appropriates the same to the Section 5339 Formula Rural and Small Urban <br />Buses account. Funds would be used to purchase Americans with Disabilities Act vans to accomodate <br />the increase in ridership within the Paratransit Program. <br />Committee Member Ashley L.
