Re: Capital Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance increasing the microwave relocation and
system renovation program from $6,960,000 to $8 million.
Recent engineering has indicated that moving from a 2ghz analog system to a
6ghz digital system will require additional tower sites, which will increase costs
for land acquisition, equipment purchases and construction.

A. RBQUBST:
An ordinance amending Ordinance #99-71 of the County of Hawaii adopted
on July 1, 1999, relating to public improvement and Financing thereoF
for the fiscal year July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000.
Increase microwave relocation and system renovation from x6,960,000 to
X8,000,000.
