Our country has become polarized inrecent years. People feet disconnected, out oftouch and alienated
from one another. Poiarizationiorampant onsocial, Levels, finonoioilevels and
philosophical tevels.There are many factors that have contributed to this divide. VVebelieve that allowing
STVRs in otherwise "regutar" neighborhoods is, indeed, a BIG factor.
Renters come in, wreck havoc, have no buy -in to the neighborhood's fabric of life, then leave, still
oblivious to the vibe of our beautiful. Hawaii. It is simply a money making operation ... no more..no Less.
Most of the peopte profiting from this sociatty destructive scheme Live etsewhere, in many cases, on the
maintand. That home couLd be occupied by a family who has a vested interest in the surrounding area,

The owner lived in Georgia. When notified about his ongoing, unruly renters we were told to simply "go to
the beach for the day" so that it didn't bother us. The so-called property manager who Lived many miles
