The County has instituted a study on the economic impacts of Bill 121. The County Councit should wait
for the results before taking any action.
When combined with the Rosehill decision, BM 121 is an effective ban on vacation rentals on Ag
zoning. That means the bill is the death sentence for thousands of famities who depend on visitor
income to make ends meet.
Please consider these points before making a decision and support families trying to make ends meet.
