I strongly disagree with this ruling, as it directly threatens my livelihood. Our income relies
on the agricultural work we do on our land, and the housing we provide to tourists is a crucial
part of sustaining our business. This decision will take away our ability to earn a living,
despite prior assurances that Bill 108 wouldn't affect existing operators. We've worked hard
to comply with the regulations, and now, this sudden change puts us out of business. It's
unjust and deeply damaging to those of us who have invested in both agriculture and tourism
to support our families and communities.
