Kona, I remain concerned about Bill 121-24 and its provisions. The prospect of escalating restrictions
and regutations of TARS makes us fearful. of our ability to make a living and survive here in Hawaii.
Opportunities for employment are disappearing rapidly, as restrictions on all small business in this state
are driving them out of existence. Many of my third and fourth generations Hawaiian acquaintances and
business associates see the hand writing on the wall and are moving to the mainland to assure a future
for their keiki.
In this regard, I urge you to postpone decision making on BiR 121-24 until you have received the results of
the economic impact study.
