I have a question re: bill 121 draft I.
Looks like owner hosted rentals would be added to FA and A districts as allowable use. Why not
operator hosted also? since they both require on site residents, presumably would eliminate problem
of off island owners and corporate home owners doing these rentals.
That would require non conforming use permit if you are an operator but not an owner host?
Clarification would help thank you..
