Kona, Hawaii TMK(3)7-3-10:37 In accordance with your requirements, we respectfully submit our first Annual Progress Report for the subject Ordinance No. 97-56, as follows: 1. Condition B - We have paid for 18 water commitments through the Kona Source Agreement II and also have made a deposit for 6 additional water commitments on October 18, 1996. The Department of Water Supply has indicated that the water commitment for 9 additional water units for Increment II is projected to become available during 1998. 2. Condition D - We have prepared the Preliminary Subdivision Plat Map for the proposed 34 lot residential subdivision (RS-10) and will be submitting the Subdivision Application to the Planning Department within the next few weeks. 3. Conditicr. I -The Archaeological Inventory Survey report for the subject property' was approved by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Historic Preservation Division on July 9, 1997. We aze developing a preservation plan for the Alanui Kauhini (Old Government Road) with the State Historic Preservation Division of the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
