Dear Chairwoman Kierkiewicz,
It's been a tong journey since Bill 121 was first openly discussed, and here I am submitting testimony
again in opposition to it until the economic study is completed.
It took a tot of public uproar and pressure to get to this point. I attended atl meetings regarding this bit[; to
and behold, an economic study was decided to be done before the passage of the bill.
The Committee MUST wait for the economic study's results before continuing the Bill. It is the most
logical option. Pushing the bill through before it's completed seems absurd. I firmly believe in common
sense and ask you to refrain from creating bad taws based on bad information. You and Ms. Kimball
even have a pending motion to recommend the passage of Draft 3. You are the creators of Bad Law,
acting in bad faith.
Bill 121 will impact my income significantly.
You work for the people. That's why you were voted into public office.
