I have concerns of Cultural Landscape, important to our community as well as our tourist visitors. We
have a special place, and we need to enhance and protect. For the now and future generation. People
will come here for the Beauty of Paradise and open space. Once you destroy its gone, we don't need to
copy Honolulu.
Important is the environmental impact, more so for low-income housing. I see too many locals who
struggle toget by.
Way back in the 1970's whenever a developer created a subdivision, they provided a portion within the

guessing where the credits are orstolen. Too many gated communities, segregation ofKmie'money.
Rich, middle income, poor.
A[Vi Drive is of concern the congestion, is atready at its peak. There is no safe escape, Fire, Tsunami. The
utility poles will go down and peOpiUwill not b8able tOescape. VV8would b8like L8h8in3. Need
moratorium, open up the atready gated community so we can access Makai to Mauka.
The widening of 4 lanes at Kuakini Highway needs to be compteted as the EA, see this attachment ... of
