To whom it may concern;
am the owner of two homes in the Wai~CO~oa Vi~~age. ~ have been to the previous
meetings regarding the proposed 1 ime Share projects across the street from the entrance to the
Mauna hani pesort. ~ have a~so been fo~~owinq the various artic~es in West Hawaii ~oc~ay
regarding the same subject. After careful review of the available information it is my opinion that
this project wi~~ cause ~itt~e impact to the existing infrastructure of the area, that is the schoo~s ancf
roads, whi~e adding tremenc~ous~y to the tax base for the area. The project wi~~ create more jobs
anc~ bring in more visitors. More visitors spending their money in the ~oca~ economy whi~e not
taxing the infrastructure is a pus to me.
(n conclusion ~ wou~d ~i~Ce to qo on record that ~ am FAVOR of the Time Share as
current~y propose. Than you for this opportunity to express my thoughts.
