No.1124/Bill No. 221 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:53 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions, to which was referred Bill No. 221, reports <br /> as follows: <br /> Bill No. 221, transmitted by Mayor Mitchell D. Roth, via Communication No. 1124, dated <br /> October_10, 2024, Repeals Ordinance No. 10-1, which amended the State Land Use Boundaries Map <br /> for the County of Hawai`i by changing the district classification from the Agricultural District to the <br /> Urban District at Kahului 2nd, North Kona, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 7-5-017:042. <br /> The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation to revert the State Land <br /> Use Boundaries Map district classification to Agricultural and the Zoning district classification to <br /> Agricultural 5-acre.
