Roth, via Communication No. 1124, dated <br /> October 10, 2024, Repeals Ordinance No. 10-2, which amended Section 25-8-3 (North Kona Zone <br /> Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition),by <br /> changing the district classification from Agricultural—5 Acres (A-5a) to Single Family Residential— <br /> 10,000 square feet (RS-10) at Kahului 2nd,North Kona, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map <br /> Key: 7-5-017:042(Planning Director Initiated) (Area: 14.437 acres). <br /> The Leeward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation to revert the State Land <br /> Use Boundaries Map district classification to Agricultural and the Zoning district classification to <br /> Agricultural 5-acre.
