Informs, should she require an additional extension of time, a request, accompanied by a $100 filing fee, shall be submitted to his office for consideration by the Council. Comm. 1988: OHANA ZONING; REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT From Mayor Larry S. Tanimoto, dated September 17, 1990, transmitting a copy of "Ghana Zoning; Review and Assessment" prepared by the Planning Department for information and consideration. Informs, the analysis was coordinated in response to the Council's request for the Administration to provide a vehicle to "stimulate discussion" on Ghana Zoning. States the intent of the study is to provide a brief background with respect to the history of the Ghana Zoning law and a discussion of some of the issues and options related to its implementation. Fujimoto, dated September 26, 1990, submitting a bill to change the district classification for 10.5 acres of land from an Aricultural 20-acre (A-20a) to Agricultural 5-acre (A-Sa) zoned district at Olaa, Puna. Comm. 1999: AMENDMENT TO CONDITION A OF (Bill 340) CHANGE OF ZONE ORDINANCE NO. 513 APPLICANT: KONA HILLS ESTATE TAX MAP KEY: 7-3-07:37 From Planning Commission Chairman Fred Y. Fujimoto, dated September 28, 1990, submitting a bill to amend Condition A (that the area be zoned in three increments) of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 513, which rezoned 86.50 acres of land from an Agricultural (A-3a) to an Agricultural (A-la) zoned district. States, the request is to allow the total remaining area (44.555 acres) of the Kona Hills Estates Subdivision to be developed as the second increment; further, that the property is located adjacent and to the west (makai) of the Kona Hills Estates Subidivision, Ooma 2nd, North Kona. Comm. 2009: REZONING REQUEST - COLLECTION AGENCY OF HAWAII, INC. (Bill 342) WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO TAX MAP KEY 2-2-34.15 (20 000 sa ft ) From Planning Commission Chairman Fred Y. Fujimoto, dated October 1, 1990, transmitting a bill amending Section 25-114 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by changing the district classification from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN-20) at Waiakea, South Hilo.
