When We purchased our vacation rental, the NUC played an integral role in determining the property's value. It was a key part of my investment and long-term retirement plan. Losing this value upon sale would have serious financial consequences. If this change is enacted, I may have to sell my property at a significant loss or hold onto it longer than planned, impacting my retirement plans. The uncertainty it introduces could also reduce interest from potential buyers, further devaluing the property. We strongly urge you to reconsider this change and protect the ability to transfer NCUs upon sale. This is crucial for preserving property values and the financial well-being of residents like ourselves. Sincerely, Brad and Debbie Otto .a '7' r i I Ref. To: ► 14) •
