Forcing short-term rentaLs out of business is nothing more than a short-term soLution. Housing is a constantly growing need that continuatty needs to be sated as Long aSthe p0piU8ti0Dis growing. In order to stay ahead of housing needs many city counsets work on things like changing zoning to allow for more dense housing or clearing some of the regulations that burden builders.
