Aloha Council,
I vehemently oppose Bill 181 D2.
This bill allows the planning department to take people's land and it has a filing fee of $500 if they
want to oppose it. Plus, they'll need to jump through hoops.
They're also allowing the planning director to amend the general plan at any time
