OPPOSE Bill 181 D2
This bill allows the planning department to take people's land and it has a filing fee of $500 if they want to oppose it.
Plus, they'll need to jump through hoops.
They're also allowing the planning director to amend the general plan at any time.
Please oppose this bill.
Thank you for doing your best to protect the people of Hawaii.
