This bill allows the planning department to take people's land. It specifies a filing fee of $500 and a
huge number of steps to take if the person is unhappy their land is taken and they want it back. No
guarantee they will get it.
It also allows the planning director to amend the general plan at any time.
Please oppose this bill.
