lopposethis biLI that altows the planning department to take people's Land. Let alone pay a fiLing fee of
$500 if they want to oppose it. That is ridicuLous! That is an overstep from the state as usual. Do the right
thing stand with the people.
Also the planning director shoutdn't be attowed to amend the general. pLan at any time.
Please oppose this bill.
