OPPOSE Bill 181 D2
This bill allows the planning department to take people's land and it has a filing fee of $500 if they
want to oppose it. Plus, they'll need to jump through hoops. This could be you.
Also, allowing the planning director to amend the general plan at any time, may open the door to
arbitrary decisions which may not be in the interest of constituents.
