Council Testimony
county of hawaii plan
I am concerned about the many vagueness's of the big Island's general plan. Particularly what it says about private land,
stakeholders and rights to take this land for what the county considers best use. Who even knows what this actually
means. It sounds like if the county should so decide it can take anyone's land away. This plan is unconstitutional.
Please note that I am against a plan can take our land and God given, constitutional rights away.
