It reads: The plarniing director shall notifv a propertv owner of proposed chanaes in the updated aeneralplan that would redcoisumvits
propertV to open or conservation, unless the property is already designated conservation by the State land use commission. Notice shall be given not
less than twentv-one days before the first windward or leeward nlannina commission hearina on the proposed amendment.
Ifoproperty owner wishes to oppose the proposed changes he/she has to go thru a great deal of work and fees
which may or may not be approved. This is another form of land grab template that is encouraged by a General Plan
that stems from United Nations Agenda 21.This agenda isfull oflies and ultimately tothe benefit ofthe oligarchs,
