Subject: Oppose Bill 181 D2
This bill, which allows the planning department to take people's land, also imposes an unjust $500
filing fee for those who oppose it. This is a clear case of unfairness, making it even more important to
stand against it. Plus, they'll need to jump through hoops, adding insult to injury.
They're also allowing the planning director to amend the general plan anytime. But where is this
plan coming from? The lack of transparency in this process is concerning. This does not help the
landowners, who are the actual stakeholders.
