1, 4, and 5, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to Transient Accommodation Rentals and Hosting Platforms.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 121, Draft 5. During its meeting on November 8, 2024, the
Policy Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Development amended Bill No. 121, Draft 4, with
the contents of Communication No. 675.590, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to postpone Bill No. 121, as amended to Draft 5, to the call of the
Chair.
