RESOLUTION NO. 7 25
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON
LEGISLATIVE APPROVALS AND ACQUISITIONS AND DESIGNATING THE
CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule No. 5 (Committees) and Rule No. 6 (Standing
Committees) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council of the County of
Hawai`i, the following members are hereby appointed to the Committee on Legislative
Approvals and Acquisitions:
1. Heather L. Kimball
2. Dennis "Fresh" Onishi
3. Dr. Michelle M. Galimba
4. James E. Hustace
5. Dr. Holeka Goro Inaba
6. Jennifer Kagiwada
7. Matt Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder
8. Ashley L. Kierkiewicz
9. Rebecca Villegas
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member Heather L. Kimball and Council
Member Dennis "Fresh" Onishi are hereby designated the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson,
respectively, of said Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions.
