No. 1146/Res. No. 704-24 <br />Your Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions, to which was referred Resolution <br />No. 704-24, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 704-24, transmitted by Environmental Management Deputy Director Brenda <br />Iokepa-Moses, via Communication No. 1146, dated October 24, 2024, authorizes the extension of <br />the public sewer from an existing sewer line terminus at Pukihae Bridge to Hau Lane, within <br />Hawaii Belt Road, to service Tax Map Keys: 2-6-015:001 and 002 at Ahupua`a of Wainaku, <br />District of South Hilo, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii. <br />This extension would service the Hawaiian Ola Brewing Corporation for its operations at 238 Belt <br />Road in Hilo. <br />Environmental Management Director Ramzi I. Mansour, Ola Brewing Corporation President and <br />Co -Founder Na`ehalani Breeland, and Thomas Yeh, Esq., representing the applicant, were present. <br />Deputy Corporation Counsel Diane Mellon -Lacey was also present.
