Please consider opposing this bit[ to reinstate an aging permit. Let's do our best to invite devetopers to not only
follow the rules but also invest in the needs of the community.
Since the first permit in 1984, much has changed in pLanning and devetopment requirements, and a rubber-stamp
approval and no hearing are an afront to our community. It wit[ permit this applicant to ignore floodptain
requirements, damage pre- and post colonial sites of archaeotogical importance, and add additional strains on
fundarnunteioresources and risks such aawildfire.
