I am writing to strongly oppose Bill 169, which seeks to extend the development permit for the [Royal Vistas project.
As a former candidate for State I -louse and someone deeply invested in our community's future, i am concerned that
this extension would only benefit the developer while straining our already limited infrastructure.. Furtherr-nore, this
project fails to provide r-neaningful support for local needs, such as affordable housing. "The community has spoken
and the comr-nunity are against this project! Please rernernber all of you were elected to represent the people of
their districts and prioritize their constituents' needs
I urge you to deny this permit extension to prioritize the interests of residents,
