Aloha County Council Members,
My name is Noriko Donna. I live in Holualoa, and I OPPOSE Bill 169, Draft 3. 1 am also asking you NOT to postpone your
votes. The respected organizations and community have been extremely clear. To postpone would raise many concerns
for leadership.
want to address our representatives who wish to see this bill passed. I am urging you to listen to the recommendations
by our residents, credible organizations, and professionals that this land is not fit for any development, period. Instead,
open space preservation is recommended to restore a riparian forest in this natural FEMA floodplain to protect our
community below while addressing our major infrastructure concerns.
