ORDINANCE NO. 24 94
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24-33, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2024 TO JUNE 30, 2025.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 24-33, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation by:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Hilo WWTP Rehabilitation and Replacement
(110.699.5695.10) $ 116,000,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 116,000,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
