(3) 7-5-006-034 AND <br />CONTAINING AN AREA OF 1, 794 SQUARE FEET, SITUATE AT LANIHAU 2ND, <br />KAILUA, NORTH KONA, ISLAND OF HAWAIl, FROM THE STATE OF HAWAIl, BY <br />ITS BOARD OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES be recalled and placed on the <br />next available council agenda. <br />Resolution 442-24 was last heard by Council on May 15, 2024 and was postponed to <br />the Call of the Chair pending receipt and review of a title report for this parcel. The <br />report has been received and reviewed.
