Re: Request to recall Resolution 442-24
Please place Resolution 442-24: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF A QUITCLAIM OF REAL PROPERTY, DESCRIBED AS REMNANT ROAD
RESERVE, PARCEL A, BEING A PORTION OF TMK NO. (3) 7-5-006-034 AND
CONTAINING AN AREA OF 1, 794 SQUARE FEET, SITUATE AT LANIHAU 2ND,
KAILUA, NORTH KONA, ISLAND OF HAWAIl, FROM THE STATE OF HAWAIl, BY
ITS BOARD OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES be recalled and placed on the
next available council agenda.
Resolution 442-24 was last heard by Council on May 15, 2024 and was postponed to
the Call of the Chair pending receipt and review of a title report for this parcel. The
report has been received and reviewed. The Department of Public Works wishes to
proceed with County acceptance of the parcel as requested by the Resolution.
