Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Hawaiian Volcano Education and Resilience
Institute to support the Digital Resilience Against Disaster for Island Communities training
program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
