REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney -client confidential
discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on questions and
issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities regarding
the above -referenced Board of Ethics Petition.
We request this matter be placed on Council's agenda for January 8, 2025.
