It is further requested that Hawaii County Council also appoint one of its members to serve as an Alternate. Arakaki, Chair Hawaii County Council 25 Aupuni Street #209 Hilo, Hawaii 96720 RE: APPOINTMENT OF HSAC OFFICER/ALTERNATIVE FOR FY 2001 Pursuant to Section l (e) of Rule 4 of the rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to the Appointment of HSAC Officer/Alternative for FY 2001, waiving said referral from the Committee of Finance in order that appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
