Re: Resolutions
Enclosed is a resolution creating an Accountant I position and a resolution
deleting a Fair Housing Officer 1/2T and creating a Secretary position for the
Office of Housing and Community Development. These positions are critical,
as the OHCD has been assigned to implement and administer the Workforce
Investment Act. The WIA requires that the program be in place and operational
by July 1, 2000. Several programs operated under the Job Training Provision
Act must be transitioned to WIA.
