Dear Mr. Arakaki:
Attached please find a copy of a resolution to create cone-way traffic pattern on
Kapiolani Street on Good Friday and Easter Sunday holiday church services held by the
Saint Joseph Catholic Church.
1 request that this resolution be waived from the Committee on Public Works & Parks,
and be sent directly to Council for consideration on the April 5, 2000 full council
meeting.

Pursuant to Section I (e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to the attached resolution, waiving said
referral from the Committee on Public Works & Parks in order that appropriate action can be
taken by the Council.
