RE: Bill No. 236, Draft 2
This is to transmit Bill No. 236, Draft 2, which was the result of amendments made at the
Finance Committee meeting of Apri14, 2000. Recognizing the need to adjust the total bond
amount, the following projects were deleted from Draft 1:
1) Kaumana Drive Improvements (from Ordinance No. 99-41) $ 800,000
2) Waianuenue Drive Rd & Bikeway Imprv (from Ordinance No. 99-41) $2,000,000
3) Edith Kanakaole Tennis Stadium Improvements (from proposed Bi11236) $ 200,000
4) Microwave Relocation & System Renovation (from proposed Bill 236) $8,000,000
Also, the entire Purpose Section was deleted, as it did not affect the substance of the Bill.
