Dear Ms. Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd,
I am writing in support of the Mohouli Street Extension and Widening Improvements. I
feel having this project built will make traveling conditions safer and faster for the
people. In case of an emergency, the community must be equipped with several access
roads to withstand the heavy traffic flow. This project will also give the little town of
Hilo a chance to develop for future generations.
