Presentation by Fix Paid Parking re the impacts of paid parking within the Kailua
Village Improvement District
We respectfully request approximately 15 minutes for a presentation by Fix Paid Parking
regarding the negative repercussions of the unregulated paid parking practices put into effect by
commercial property owners within the Kailua Village Improvement District. Fix Paid Parking
will be represented by Maria Brosnan Faltas, Julie Ziemelis, Chris Freed and Derek Proudian.
They represent local business owners within the Kailua Village Business Improvement District
who are concerned about the negative impacts unregulated paid parking is having on local
businesses, residents, visitors and employees.
Please allow an additional 15 minutes for discussion following the presentation.
We are requesting this item be placed on the CRCOC agenda for January 21, 2025.
