Enclosed are the revised conveyance documents respecting the agreement reached to
conclude the above-referenced litigation, together with revised Resolution 243-00.
1. Deed for Old Heeia Sewage Treatment Plant Site, County to KS;
2. Easement -Hilo Wastewater Pipeline Easement, KS to County;
3. Bill of Sale -Keauhou Sewage Collection System;
4. Grant of Easement (County rights-of--way);
5. Grant of Easement and Bill of Sale (Kahaluu Beach Park Parcel).
Hopefully, this matter can be addressed by the Council's Finance Committee on
September 5, 2000.
