Dear Chairman Arakaki,
As discussed in the Special Finance Committee meeting, we would like a presentation by
the Public Works Building Division on the status of the J.C. Penney Building, also
known as One Pauahi Place. Mr. Stanley Takemura has agreed to conduct a presentation
for the Public Works & Parks Committee.
I have worked with committee staff to place this presentation on the April 18th
PW & PC meeting. Please number this communication and place it un the above
mentioned agenda.
