There is a matter of which 1 must now give solemn protest and clarity preventing further deterioration of understandings. The matter or issue that I refer to irrvolves claims made by two ojyour citizens, specifically, Mr. Keanu Sai and Mr. Lance Larsen. The Kingdom of Hawaii has no knowledge of granting approval to either of these us. citizens substantiating their claim of holding citizenship with this Kingdom. In our previous correspondence concerning Mr. Keane Sai, it was directly stated that his claim to hold official office with this Kingdom is fraudulent and absurd. It was requested that assistance be granted in the apprehension and prosecution of Mr. Keanu Sai, of which the Kingdom is most grateful Mr. Lance Larsen on the other hand is another matter that must be dealt with separately. Mr Lance Larsen is undeniably not a subject of this Kingdom and holds no standing to claim citizenship within the boundaries of this Kingdom. This Kingdom cannot and wit! not violate International Law in stealing the property of another nation, namely its citizen. By the very Constitution that bounds the perimeters of your office, there exist the basis of a commercial contract, which Mr. Keanu Sai and Mr. Lance Larsen are held accountable and which binds them to their u.s. citizenship. Relations between our two nations can only be remedied through the understancting and upholding of agreements and contracts. Mr. Keane Sai sheltered himse[funder a SOl (c) 3. Non-prof t held 6y Mr. Donald Lewis. Mr. Lance Larsen on the other hand, I'm sure, close scrutiny of his credit portfolio will provide evidence of the existence of contracts entered into willingly 6y Mr. Larsen. I pray that once again your great nation will assist in this unfortunate matter that will only confuse and cloud efforts to improve our relations. Respec lly, Comm.
