During the 5/15/00 Council Meeting, the subject resolution was deferred pending receipt
of further information from your office. Inasmuch as I was the one who had the question,
the Chairman asked me to follow-up with your office regarding this matter.
Specifically, with respect to the quitclaim deed, Exhibit A, reservation 4, please provide
me with a copy of the agreement dated September 11~`, 1998, document # 98-141755
between Pan-Pacific Development, Inc. and George A. Magoon II.
Since it is anticipated that this matter will be on the Council agenda for June 2, I would
appreciate an expedited response to this request.
